Do I need an Online Merchant Facility to start using Safe2Pay’s Payment Gateway ?
If you DO have an Online Merchant Facility, Safe2Pay will only need your Merchant ID and Terminal ID to get you started. If you DO NOT have an Online Merchant Facility, Safe2Pay can help you apply for one with Westpac.
How long does the application process take?
If you already have an Online Merchant Facility (Merchant ID/Terminal ID), we can have you up and running in less than 48 hours.
The process for a Westpac Online Merchant Facility can take up to 7 business days from lodging the application, given you have all the required info ready.
Do I have to change my bank account?
No, you’ll be able to use Safe2Pay’s Payment Gateway while banking with your preferred bank.
When will my money appear in my bank account?
If you have a Westpac or St.George business account, your money will settle the same-day. If you currently have a business account with another bank, your money will settle the next business day.
